Official information explained
Fact-checked answers based on LoloBuy’s official purchase tutorial, payment rules, warehouse-inspection scope, storage policy, shipping-weight guidance and July 14, 2026 packaging notice. Research reviewed August 17, 2026; live routes, prices and seller terms must still be confirmed in your account.
LoloBuy acts as the shopping and logistics intermediary between you and eligible sellers on supported Chinese marketplaces. You submit a product link or manual order, LoloBuy purchases the selected item, receives it at its China warehouse, performs the available stock-in inspection, stores it, and later sends the items you select as an international parcel. The marketplace seller—not LoloBuySheet.pro—controls the product, listing price and seller after-sales terms.
LoloBuy registers the item in “My Warehouse” and performs the selected stock-in inspection. Its published free standard-inspection scope checks visible information such as quantity, style, colour, size, model and obvious damage or defects, then normally provides 3–6 standard QC photos. This is a visible inspection, not professional authentication, a fit test or a guarantee of hidden components and long-term performance.
Usually, yes. Eligible items stored in the same warehouse can be selected and consolidated into one international parcel, which can reduce repeated first-weight charges. Consolidation is not automatic proof that one parcel is best: restricted-item tags, fragile goods, route limits, oversized products or incompatible categories can make separate parcels necessary or more practical.
The second payment is an estimated international-freight deposit based on destination, the selected live route and estimated parcel weight. After packing, the warehouse records the finished parcel’s weight and dimensions. Where dimensional billing applies, the chargeable weight can be the greater of actual and volumetric weight. LoloBuy then refunds an overpayment or requests a supplemental payment under its parcel rules.
Yes. LoloBuy’s package-removal service can remove unnecessary outer boxes, product boxes, bags or shoe boxes to reduce final weight or volume. Necessary protection for fragile goods may be retained. A smaller parcel can help on dimensional routes, but it does not guarantee a lower charge if actual weight already controls the billing tier.
LoloBuy’s official payment explanation separates the order into two stages. The first payment covers the product price and the seller’s mainland-China delivery charge to the LoloBuy warehouse. It does not include international parcel freight. If the seller changes the product price or domestic freight before purchase, the order may require a top-up.
Yes. LoloBuy’s published standard-inspection rule lists the basic service as free and states that it normally provides 3–6 photos. Extra close-ups, special measurements, secondary inspection or other value-added services are separate options when available. Request additional evidence before accepting the item if a decision-critical label, measurement, connector or suspected defect is not visible.
LoloBuy’s current official homepage states 90 days of free storage after warehouse arrival. Use 90 days as the current published rule, but follow the item-specific countdown shown in “My Warehouse” because policies can change and late seller dispatch, returns or parcel preparation can consume part of the available time.
Choose only from the live routes displayed for your destination and stored items. Compare product restrictions, actual-versus-volumetric billing, first and continued weight units, size limits, estimated transit time, tracking, tax handling, redelivery or return rules, insurance and compensation limits. Another buyer’s route may not be available to your parcel, and no single line is best for every country and product mix.
No. LoloBuy’s July 14, 2026 value-added-service notice states that an item cannot be returned or exchanged after its original packaging has been removed. Review all QC photos, request any essential additional evidence and complete seller return or exchange decisions before selecting package or shoe-box removal.
