LoloBuy Return Policy 2026: Refunds & Deadlines

Learn LoloBuy cancellation stages, the five-day warehouse return window, seller approval, balance refunds and parcel after-sales evidence.

Fact-checking note

This article explains LoloBuy's published process in original editorial language. Live seller terms, warehouse options, routes and prices can change; confirm them inside your account before paying.

A return is easiest when you identify the correct stage before clicking anything. On LoloBuy, “cancel,” “return,” “refund” and “parcel after-sales” do not describe one universal process. A shopping order that has not been purchased can follow a different path from an item already sent by the seller. A warehouse item is different again, and a problem discovered after international delivery belongs to the parcel after-sales process.

This guide is based on LoloBuy's current official return, cancellation, warehouse and parcel after-sales pages checked on October 14, 2026. The platform's own instructions make seller approval, order status, product condition and timing important. That means no independent spreadsheet can promise a successful return. Use this article to prepare the right evidence, then follow the controls and deadlines shown on the live order.

Start with the status, because the status decides the route

Open the order record and write down the exact status before contacting support. “Verifying,” “Processing,” “Purchased,” “Shipped (Domestic)” and “Warehouse Item Stock-In” represent different levels of commitment. The later the stage, the more parties and transport steps are involved.

If the order is still being verified, LoloBuy's official guide says it can be cancelled from the order area and the payment is returned to the LoloBuy balance. During processing, cancellation still depends on whether the shopping agent has completed the purchase. The guide says that when the item has not been purchased, cancellation and balance refund are handled within one working day. Treat that as the platform's published process, not a guarantee for an abnormal order.

Before cancelling, check whether the real problem is a missing option or price confirmation. A “Confirmation pending” message may only require an answer. Cancelling and rebuilding the order can lose stock or a seller discount. The best decision is the one that matches the issue shown in the order detail.

After purchase, the seller becomes part of the refund

Once the status is “Purchased,” LoloBuy has paid or committed to the Chinese seller. The return/refund button sends a request through the shopping agent; it does not reverse the transaction by itself. If the seller has not dispatched the item and accepts the request, the official guide says the refund normally reaches the LoloBuy account after seller confirmation, commonly around three days.

That timing can change if the seller disputes the request, the item was customized, the listing excluded returns, or the seller has already generated shipping. Save the product page, selected variant, payment record and the reason for cancellation. A short evidence package is more useful than several support messages that describe the problem differently.

For “Shipped (Domestic),” the item is already moving toward the warehouse. A false tracking number and a real parcel in transit are not the same case. LoloBuy's help page describes a refund request for fake dispatch and says seller confirmation may take about seven days. If the parcel is genuinely in transit, the practical path may be warehouse receipt followed by a domestic seller return.

The five-day warehouse window is the key decision point

LoloBuy's published return guide highlights the first five days after “Warehouse Item Stock-In.” During that period, the buyer can use Return/Refund on the shopping order and the agent can ask the seller to accept a return. Approval is not guaranteed. The seller's policy, product category, condition, seals, tags and reason still matter.

When the seller accepts, the agent arranges the domestic return and the tracking number should appear on the order. The official guide describes a typical seven-to-fifteen-day process after the seller receives the return and confirms the refund. That range is not a cash-arrival promise. It depends on the seller completing the refund and on the order following the normal path.

Use the warehouse period to inspect, not merely to wait. Compare the QC photos with the original selected colour, size, model and quantity. Zoom in on visible damage. If the standard views do not show a decision-critical measurement or label, request the appropriate additional evidence before the seller window expires. The LoloBuy QC photos guide provides a fixed review order.

Separate an objective mismatch from a change of mind

A wrong size label, wrong colour, missing piece or visible defect can be documented against the order record. A product that matches the order but no longer suits your preference is a different request. Do not describe every return as a defect. Accurate evidence gives the seller a clear issue to assess and protects the credibility of the request.

Use a simple four-part record: what was ordered, what arrived, where the mismatch appears, and what resolution you want. Include the LO order number and one complete set of images. If a measurement is disputed, show the measurement method and endpoints. If damage is visible, retain the original packaging until the case is resolved.

Do not remove packaging before the return decision

LoloBuy offers free package-removal options that can remove outer boxes, product boxes, bags or shoe boxes before international packing. This can reduce volume, but it can also make a seller return impossible. LoloBuy's packaging notice states that products cannot be returned or exchanged after original packaging is removed.

Complete the QC and after-sales decision first. Do not choose shoe-box removal, brand-tag removal or another irreversible service simply because a smaller parcel might cost less. A small freight saving is poor value if it removes the evidence or condition needed for a legitimate return.

Understand where the refund is credited

The official cancellation guide repeatedly describes money being returned to the LoloBuy account balance. That is not necessarily the same as an immediate reversal to the original card, wallet or bank method. Check the balance ledger after the cancellation or seller refund is completed and read the current withdrawal or payment rules before assuming when external funds will be available.

Keep screenshots of the original debit, the cancellation or return status, the seller refund confirmation and the balance credit. If the amount differs, compare product price, domestic freight, return freight and any non-refundable service. Ask support about one identifiable transaction instead of sending only the expected total.

Parcel after-sales is not a seller return

After international shipment, a wrong or damaged delivery belongs to parcel after-sales. LoloBuy directs users to My LoloBuy, Parcels and Apply After-sales, with a detailed description and photos of both parcel and product. The current help page contains overlapping timing statements: it mentions seven days after signing or forty-five days from shipment, while a reminder says cases delivered for more than three days may not be accepted.

Because those published statements do not create one safe universal deadline, apply immediately. Do not wait for the longest number. Photograph the unopened outer carton, labels, seals, visible damage, inner packaging and affected product. Record a continuous unboxing video where practical. Keep every part until support confirms that it is no longer needed.

A return-ready evidence checklist

The most useful return policy is not a single promise. It is a stage map. Cancel early when the purchase has not happened, document the seller request after purchase, use the five-day warehouse period for evidence and act immediately after delivery. This approach cannot force approval, but it prevents the most avoidable failures: missing the live deadline, removing packaging too soon, confusing a parcel claim with a seller return, or asking support to investigate without an identifiable evidence trail.
